Simon Bimpson

Simon is an experienced business leader with over 25 years experience in Engineering design and consultancy working predominantly in the Water, Energy and infrastructure sectors for large ‘blue chip’ and government clients.

Simon brings global insight, a collaborative style and influence, enjoys working with people to enhance collaboration and create engagement whilst delivering the highest quality service in demanding, highly regulated and changing business environments.

Simon joined Arcadis in 2014 taking on the role of leading the Water, Power and Utilities sector, and took additional responsibility for the Environment, Safety and Industry business in early 2018.

In October 2021 Simon was appointed as Country Director for the UK & Ireland, and following many years leading the Resilience business in the UK was appointed as President of Arcadis DPS Group at the end of 2022.

Senior Vice President, Project Operations
Michael Schwarz

As Senior Vice President of Albany Project Operations, Michael leads the Albany office’s strategic direction for continued growth to expand its client base and drive project operations improvements.

Michael’s experience as an engineering team leader spans more than 25 years and across the areas of advanced technology manufacturing, process industries, science and research, data centers, and education. His expertise and leadership focus on delivering quality, innovative solutions for all aspects of project delivery from site selection, master-planning, programming through detailed design, and construction administration.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Stuttgart and a Master of Science in energy systems engineering from the University of Arizona. He is a registered professional engineer (PE), a LEED Accredited Professional, a member of ASHRAE and ASPE, and is an NCEES Record Holder.

John Waddell

John Waddell, Director of Construction Management for DPS Group’s Albany, NY office, brings over 20 years of experience in project construction management, scheduling, budget manage­ment, quality standards, safety management, contract reviews, pre-construction, and development of scopes of work. He is responsible for coordinating all direct trade labor, material procurement, subcontractor administration, safety, and client relations. John’s experience includes projects in the chemical and biopharmaceutical sectors but focuses primarily on semiconductor projects.

Andre Savoie

As Director of Architecture and Engineering, Andre is responsible for the consistent and coordinated execution of design project deliverables within the Albany Projects Operation. He is responsible for managing and coordinating the cross-discipline interaction of design discipline managers with a focus on developing talent and providing innovative and technical solutions to our clients. As someone with broad expertise in all aspects of design and construction, he is a key contributor to the development, maintenance, and implementation of the DPS knowledge base and related training initiatives.

Andre is passionate about strategizing and leading the delivery of medium to large-scale advanced manufacturing projects in a multi-disciplinary office environment. With over 20 years of experience in engineering and architecture, Andre is an operation and project delivery leader who instills a collaborative and hands-on approach to project execution while always giving special attention to early planning efforts, code-centric thinking, and thorough coordination tactics with his teams.

US Regional Lean Specialist
Keith Donnelly

Keith Donnelly, US Regional Lean Specialist, is responsible for driving the implementation of Lean across all US operations. Keith is a Project Design Manager with over 25 years of experience working on a diverse portfolio of projects primarily in the semiconductor sector, as well as, pharmaceutical, civil, stadia, mining, healthcare, petrochemical industry sectors both brownfield and greenfield. He has a proven track record in layout optimization and design for high volume semiconductor/advanced technology manufacturing facilities. His success attributed to an in depth understanding of functional area equipment utility requirements and the associated demands on base-build and facilities systems (PLS/PSSS). Keith holds certifications for Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Professional and CM-Lean. He is also a member of the AIA, CIOB & RIAI professional bodies.

US Regional Director of Project Management
Nathan Speanburg

Nathan W. Speanburg, P.E., PMP, US Regional Director of Project Management, brings over 20 years of experience in project operations with the military, EPCM Firms, and Regional Contractors. He has performed projects with both EPCM Firms and self-perform contractors (Heavy Civil and Specialty) across a wide band of industries from public sector to private advanced technology facilities. He has a proven track record in organizing and standardizing diverse teams to be successful in any environment. Nathan excels in Alternative Project Delivery from informal partnering to Integrated Project Delivery (IPD). Nathan’s responsibilities include the standardization, risk management, and continuous improvement of Project Operations (design and construction) across U.S. Operations.

Nathan has both a B.S and M.S. in Civil Engineering, holds his P.E. License in Civil Engineering, is PMP Certified, and certified as CM-Lean. He is a member of the Army Engineer Association (AEA), the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), and the Project Management Institute (PMI).

US Regional Director, EHS
Noe Vallejo

Noe Vallejo, US Regional Director, EHS, holds 21 years of experience as an Environmental Health and Safety Manager. Noe is responsible for optimizing the safety and health programs on construction projects and is skilled in the coordination of safety efforts with owners, contractors, and field personnel to maximize overall efficiency and effectiveness of the safety and health efforts on projects. Noe’s responsibility includes the oversight of safety programs from preconstruction to the end of the project.
