DPS Group’s Philadelphia Office Moves to New Location in Conshohocken, PA

The Philadelphia office of DPS Group, a privately-owned, global engineering, procurement, construction management and validation (EPCMV) firm serving high-tech process industries has moved. The new address is 1010 Spring Mill Avenue, Suite 200BH in Conshohocken, PA 19428.

Conshohocken offers a central geographic location with convenient access for both DPS clients and employees. Offering an urban workplace in a suburban setting, the Spring Mill Campus offers walkability and creativity in the heart of Conshohocken, and it’s a short walk from SEPTA’s Spring Mill Station and Schuylkill River Trail — making it accessible by car, train, or bike. The building was formerly the Lee Tire and Rubber headquarters, and it has retained many of the original design elements and historic charm, fused with modern design, providing staff with flexible workstations and large open spaces for client meetings and workshops. The 5,478 SF office will support the Philadelphia office’s continued growth and expansion plans.

Serving high-tech industries around the world, DPS Group delivers full-service engineering across a range of disciplines, including project management, procurement, design, construction management, health and safety management, commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV), and facility start-up.

Led by Ryan McDonough, PE, senior vice president of project operations, the office provides a full range of architectural and engineering services for the life sciences industry, with local expertise dedicated to biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and research and development (R&D).

“We are excited to move into our new office to better serve our life science clients in the Greater Philadelphia area,” said Ryan. “The Spring Mill Campus offers us both a space to meet our current needs and the ability to expand as our operation grows.”

Alliance Partners is the landlord and DPS worked with Frank Palopoli, Connor Barnes, and Paul Garvey at Cushman &Wakefield to negotiate its lease.
