Implementation of ISO 9001:2015 Case Study Presentation

Catherine Canning, Group Quality Coordinator with DPS Group gave a talk on a case study of process mapping based on the Implementation of ISO 9001:2015.

The talk was delivered at the “National Manufacturing and Supply Chain Conference and Exhibition” on the 31st of January 2018 in the CityWest Conference centre.

The National Manufacturing Conference & Exhibition at the Citywest on January 31st 2018 is the perfect opportunity for colleagues in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, medical, chemical, electronics and general production and processing industries to network and make new contacts.

Catherine Canning has more than 20 years of experience in the engineering sector working in a variety of roles; from her original engineering background, she has moved into validation, then into documentation management and currently a quality role within central engineering working on continuous improvement projects. She specializes on integrating quality into all aspects of these projects ensuring that relevant procedures, training and implementation are adhered to within the plan-do-check-act methodology.

Her management, software skills and attention to detail has ensured that she provides a key role in the central engineering department within DPS.
