This November Lean Construction Ireland (LCI) webinar was delivered by DPS SMEs Barry Corbett, DPS ATG Productivity Improvement Manager and Richard Casey, DPS ATG Ireland and European Operations Manager.

The webinar hosted on behalf of the Lean Construction Institute (LCI) focused on ‘Direct Observation: Increasing productivity by eliminating interrupts to Trades’.  Barry and Richard introduced us to what DO is and why it is fundamental to remove the roadblocks and general interruptions to the trades working on construction projects.
