DPS Group Global is a leading Project Management and Engineering Company serving the construction industry around the world for over 40 years. Within DPS, the Software Services Group (SSG) is responsible for the development, implementation, and support of several semiconductor Construction Project Management software applications. The software provides scheduling and project management solutions across key phases of these construction projects. Project spends can be up to €8bn with individual project life cycles of up to 5 years.

DPS Group Global is seeking a System Implementation Manager for our site-based Penang, Malaysia project. The successful candidate will work within our Software Services Group (SSG) as part of the DPS Advanced Technology Group (ATG) business unit. This position will require solid semiconductor industry knowledge and lead the successful realiz592120.607703ation of envisaged project goals. The System Matter Expert will implement and oversee the System rollout, training, and client management. You will also prepare project progress and performance reports.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of the System on the client’s Malaysian site.
• Voice of the customer: Act as the single point of contact for all client and SSG comms related to System application.
• Review the field input data to analyz592120.607703e for misses and gaps.
• Identify and report out any enhancements to System business processes.
• Provide core training to site-based project personnel.
• Delivery daily System workshops.
• Onboarding all new site personal to the System program.
• Lead the on-site implementation of new System modules.
• Attend SSG/SME Virtual factory System weekly meetings.
• Keep all stakeholders informed of project timelines and deadlines.
• Compile weekly System Report-outs to client’s management and DPS management.

Education:

• A Primary business or engineering degree.
• A Project Management and/or IT qualification, while not essential, would be a distinct advantage Skills:
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• High attention to detail and demonstratable problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team, strong work ethic, flexible self-starter.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritiz592120.607703e key activities and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Comfortable managing senior client relationships (KAM)

Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience working in the semiconductor industry with Tool Install experience being a distinct advantage.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working with, or supporting, main client projects.
• Experience working within an IT team, while desirable, is not essential.

Other:
Penang, Malaysia site-based role with visa sponsorship provided for this position.

Travel:
Occasional travel to other client sites as per business needs.

Working hours:
40 hours, Monday to Friday Extensive training will be provided prior to travel to client Malaysia site.
