Position Summary
Lead Quality Coordinator for EPCM will play a key role in the delivery of DPS’s multi-disciplinary projects. The Quality Coordinator will work with the DPS Group Quality Dept in achieving the ISO9001:2015 Quality Standard for the EPCM Operation.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Collaborating with the existing DPS Group Quality Dept in the achieving and maintaining the ISO9001:2015 Quality Standard for ATG EPCM Operation.
  • Performing gap analysis on EPCM Operation to access needs and help to develop and implement plan to achieve ISO9001 accreditation.
  • Assisting in updating existing operating procedures and processes, and generating new operating procedures and work instructions as required.
  • Working collaboratively with the Quality department on the administration associated with controlled documents within the organisation: involving maintenance of the Quality Project Register, updating templates, and QA/QC of QMS documents.
  • Maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) in a constant state of audit readiness.
  • Assisting in / performing Internal audits as required.
  • Assisting in the preparation of external audits. Attending as required.
  • Assisting in the close out of any non-compliances from audits.
  • Support continuous improvement culture.
  • Enable the Lessons Learned process.
  • Help with preparation of project document. Communications
  • Working with the ATG Quality Team and EPCM Group in preparation for ISO9001 accreditation in 2023.
  • Answering Quality enquiries and finding solutions for nonstandard issues as required. Document Control
  • Support EPCM Doc Control.
  • Assisting in the development and checking of Project documentation to meet DPS SOP and WI’s requirements. Training
  • Will participate in regular training as required to conduct and develop role to meet Quality Dept needs.
  • Conduct Quality training within the EPCM team.

Qualities of Candidate
  • 3rd level degree / relevant experience
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience at a minimum
  • Attention to detail is a key requirement.
  • Good problem-solving and negotiating skills.
  • Strong leadership skills required.
  • Excellent MS Office skills are needed.
  • Outstanding time management capabilities: plan, prioritise and organise multiple concurrent tasks to meet deadlines.
  • A friendly-approachable manner. Team player.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a willingness to help others.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to operate without close supervision.
Essential skills:
  • Knowledge of the ISO9001:2015 standard required.
  • Familiarity with Quality Audits process.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills are also essential to communicate with internal personnel & clients.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office products
Working hours: 40 hours, Monday to Friday
Working Times: Mon – Thurs: 08:30 – 17:30 (with 45mins for Lunch) Friday: 08:30 – 16:00 (with 30 minutes for Lunch)
