The Senior Tool Install Construction Manager will work directly with the Client Construction site lead. The successful candidate will run the complete construction program within the criteria set out in the Project Execution plan for this project.
Key responsibilities:
Our Advanced Technology Group, Malaysia is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager manage the Construction, Logistics, MIMO and Trade enabling activities for the client. The Senior Tool Install Construction Manager will work directly with the Client Construction site lead. The successful candidate will run the complete construction program within the criteria set out in the Project Execution plan for this project.
Responsibilities shall include but not limited to:
- Know the layout, manage & accountable for ingress and egress.
- Arrangement of laydown/cut-shop and overall logistic planning.
- Own the coordination & alignment with base build team to ensure smooth transition of BB-TI works.
- Accountable on ensuring smooth execution on site as per P6 schedule.
- Integral part of communication with the all trades.
- Ensure all logistics and laydown spaces meet needs and conform to clean as you go standard.
- Review contractor work practices to ensure they support Safety ITP and quality.
- Coordinate and Training of trade resources with Intel specific support.
- Oversee SOC Analysis and trade / subcontractor qualification process.
- Ensure that there is a process for trade contract resource tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

>15 years construction experience in mechanical and electrical disciplines
>5 years as Tool Install Construction Manager and have completed at least one TI project (3 yrs) for the Client in 3D BIM and OSM project.

- Demonstrated leadership experience in building and developing projects business streams.
- Must be highly motivated, responsive to change, proactive, strong decision-maker and willing to take on new challenges.
- In-depth knowledge of local market and local professionals.

- Must possess strong technical writing and communication skills, outstanding presentation and negotiating skills.
