Our Main market sectors are; Pharmaceutical & Biotechnology, Medical Technologies, Oil and Gas, Advanced Technology, Science & Education, Food & Beverage and Energy.


DPS is currently hiring a Project Administrator 50%. We are seeking a candidate with experience in the engineering and construction industry. A key skill is pro-active engagement in the project team.


Key responsibilities:

  • Project administration support providing department and project coordination support
  • Organiz311647.003314ation chart management
  • Interact with various teams to coordinate activities, plan certain parts of projects/operational activities, and monitor progress as required.
  • Contact List management
  • Responsible for training follow up, IT request, and employee holiday schedule management
  • Coordination with the project team and the client side
  • Ad hoc activities
  • Update PEP & Org. Chart- Badge, PC and accesses requests- Schedule regular meetings- Other tasks and duties as required to support the progress of the project



Skills & experience required:

  • A higher technical degree, Bachelor of Science or higher;
  • 3+ years experience supporting Pharma projects
  • Life sciences project support experience, preferably Biotech
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Project, SharePoint and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills in German or French and English (written and verbal)
