About the Role

As Senior Projects Administrator, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the administration function for the Cork Projects Office. 

Summary Responsibilities

  • Continuously supporting and driving a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency
  • Working closely with Project Managers, Department Managers, other Administration staff and Reception for the effective delivery of seamless administrative and reception services
  • Providing Front Desk Reception cover for daily breaks and annual leave when required
  • Distributing maintaining & uploading to Asite (Meeting Minutes, Project Notes & Action Register)
  • Helping individual departments with administration services during busy periods (e.g. document control, procurement, project controls etc.)
  • Collaborating with DPS administration teams in other offices to support the business needs.
  • Ensuring complete confidentiality at all times on behalf of the Cork Operations



Candidate Requirements

  • Experience managing administrative support in a busy envirnoment
  • Excellent MS skills - Word, Powerpoint, Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple projects & stakeholders, scheduling etc.
