DPS Group Global is searching for experienced Project Managers interested in supporting local pharmaceutical clients on upcoming projects. DPS provides global consulting engineering and construction management serving high-tech industries around the world. Our exceptional talent helps our clients meet capital project and operational goals. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implanting projects within the decided upon budget, timeline, and scope. In addition, the Project Manager will provide technical leadership for multi-disciplinary teams in addition to presenting project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Ideal candidates will be open to travel/relocation to client sites in North Carolina or other client locations on the East coast. Life Science industry experience is a must-have.

Key responsibilities:

  • Generation of key project management deliverables which cover project team structure and interaction plan, roles and responsibilities, overall project execution plan covering planning, scheduling, cost control, procurement, health and safety plan, contract conditions and approach.
  • Responsible for delivering compliant documentation covering IQ/OQ and PQ as necessary as well as working with multi-disciplinary client and project team members to ensure the design, installation, commissioning and qualification of equipment, systems, and processes are conducted according to established quality and regulatory standards.
  • Develop the CQV/Quality Schedule and associated deliverables associated with the project.
  • Develop/review all technical documentation and reports pertaining to systems and processes. 
  • Provide oversight of project plans, scopes of work and related documents.
  • Work with project team to determine the required internal structures and resource loading associated with the project from planning through implementation.
  • Assist in the support and management of external vendor services.
  • Provide senior-level technical support to staff/management on project activities as needed.

Education & experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience.  
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry.
  • Knowledge of CPMP.
  • Knowledge of cGMP.
  • Strong technical skills and communication skills.
