These challenging positions involve working as part of a multi-discipline, highly interactive and coordinated team focused on semiconductor tool install projects within state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. Key Responsibilities

  • Proficiency with development of Loop sheets, Data Sheets, Instrument types / applications, PID algorithms, ISA Symbology, P&ID development, System Interlocks, pneumatic instrumentation controls.
  • Direct experience with PLC, DCS, Control Systems, SCADA, ethernet, serial, Modbus, and Fiber Optic communications.
  • Utiliz993910.835602e MS Office Suite, AutoCAD, and applicable engineering design software.
  • Ability to coordinate with other disciplines for complete system integration.
  • Participate in team coordination activities with other disciplines, sub-contractors, and Clients.
  • Able and willing to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety shoes, hard hats, safety glasses, fire retardant clothing, cut-resistant gloves, and other PPE as required per the requirements of clients’ safety policies when required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification of Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Controls Engineering or related Engineering field. Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is required, or on track to obtain P.E. in the near future.
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience performing tool install engineering design preferred. Alternatively, semiconductor facilities systems design will be considered if less than above mentioned request. Some direct experience supporting semiconductor tool install projects required.
  • PLC Programming, P&ID Development utiliz993910.835602ing AutoCAD, Instrument types / applications, ISA Symbology.
  • Knowledge of cleanroom protocols and relevant procedures.
  • Takes ownership of assignments, can work both independently and as part of the team.
  • Ability to utiliz993910.835602e MS Office Suite, AutoCAD, and applicable engineering design software.
  • Working knowledge of International Building Codes.
  • Strongly motivated, well organiz993910.835602ed, and shows professional initiative.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English).
  • Local candidates preferred. Will entertain relocation for candidates with directly related experience.
