Responsibilities

  • Ensure the security and accountability of inventory by documenting transactions using DPS systems & processes.
  • Maintain accurate calendars, meetings, tracking sheets and other tools as directed.
  • Accurately input information into Risk and Decision logs as directed.
  • Work under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
  • Build strong partnerships with the team to understand the needs of the projects.
  • Support in the following: Subcontractor management, submittal review, RFI development, pay applications, change order pricing, quality control and support of our safety plan.

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Computer proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel based templates, Prolog, Primavera, and Autodesk Suite. Advanced MS Excel skills are a must!
  • Experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain within the Engineering and Construction industry preferred and highly desired.
  • 1-3 years desired work experience. Past internships in the construction industry may be considered in lieu of work experience.
  • Diploma or Degree level qualification in Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, or Business preferred.
  • Ability to provide legal US work authoriz894806.095329ation documents required.
