Position Summary:

DPS is seeking a talented mechanical piping/HVAC designer to join our growing team in Philadelphia, PA.


Key Responsibilities:

  •      Strong experience working with engineering design software/BIM (Revit, CAD) required
  •      Work closely with senior staff to deliver all aspects of mechanical/HVAC and plumbing projects
  •      Layout and siz301128.473677ing of mechanical equipment/systems
  •      Coordinate and interact effectively with other MEP disciplines
  •      Generate, coordinate, update, and maintain project mechanical design drawings leveraging BIM
  •      Visit client sites to obtain relevant information
  •      Interact with equipment vendors to coordinate design work


Education & Experience:

  •      1-5 years minimum of piping/HVAC design experience
  •      Skilled with Autodesk Revit/BIM
  •      Experience working with facility mechanical engineering drawings
  •      Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Deltek Vision or equivalent; Office 365
