This position will be expected to work in our client’s site across Singapore Island.

Job Scope:

·      Responsible to executes maintenance and improvement and E&I maintenance activities within the tablet facility, ensures preventative maintenance is completed according to schedule requirements, and supports equipment change control implementations

·      Implements technical solutions to improve equipment uptime and asset utiliz522865.571613ation

·      Provides technical and equipment related expertise to support deviation/atypical investigations, safety incidents and ensures effective root cause analysis is conducted

·      Ensures resolution and timely follow-up of identified facility related equipment issues, unplanned events, and new opportunities identified

·      Ensures equipment breakdowns are resolved in a timely manner and updates the Preventive Maintenance Plan

·      Provides technical expertise and support to Maintenance Technicians for equipment breakdown troubleshooting and recovery to ensure the timely and effective resolution of issues

·      Works with Engineering & EHS to execute a reliability-centred maintenance plan and to share best practices and lessons learned, with objective of improving asset utiliz522865.571613ation

·      Ensures all planned internal and external Preventive Maintenance activities are executed and completed

·      Executes reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) activities and programs as required under the site's reliability-centered maintenance program

·      Ensures equipment downtime does not exceed capacity planning assumptions

·      Updates equipment critical spare part list and sets minimum re-order levels as directed by Maintenance Lead

·      Applies effective root cause analysis and troubleshooting techniques to support the resolution of equipment related incidents and deviation investigations

·      Ensures all preventive actions relating to equipment are effectively implemented within the agreed time frame to prevent recurrence

·      Supports implementation of Equipment Change Control (ECC) by participating in impact assessments and executing field equipment modifications, including: management of project schedules, resource plans, vendor coordination, and material purchases

·      Prepares and completes IQ documentation and ensures that documentation meets required regulatory standards

·      Participates in field walk-downs, PSSR, PHA and HAZOP reviews

·      Utiliz522865.571613es Lean Six Sigma Tools, such as Six Sigma, Kaiz522865.571613en, and 5S, to support execution of continuous improvement and Operational Excellence projects intended to increase agility, flow and throughput, and also to reduce cycle time and inventory

·      Supports development of a continuous improvement framework within the maintenance group and works with the Maintenance Lead to identify opportunities

·      Supports the Reliability & Maintenance Group in executing reliability based programs and completing follow on corrective actions

·      Undertakes activities to support realiz522865.571613ation of production, cost effectiveness, and product cost reduction targets set in the Profit Plan, with particular emphasis on equipment reliability and maintenance expenses

·      Monitors maintenance program to ensure cost effectiveness including: spare parts levels, frequency of scheduled PM and equipment breakdowns

·      Prepares SOPs, Job Aids, and Task Lists to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ensures PM related documents are generated and maintained according to required standards and frequency

·      Ensures all deviations and customer complaints are fully investigated with any equipment related actions effectively implemented within the agreed time frame to continually improve processes, prevent waste, and eliminate rework

·      Ensures equipment related activity is completed according to established procedures and all associated documentation is completed to a high standard

·      Ensures all out-of-tolerance (OOT) equipment findings are appropriately documented and investigated in a timely manner

·      Implements assigned corrective actions, as documented following regulatory inspections and internal audits

Job Requirements:

·      Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical)

·      Minimum 3-4 years relevant technical experience in Pharmaceutical or manufacturing-based industry, including: Process equipment support, Maintenance planning and equipment reliability, and Project Management

·      Prefer experience with continuous improvement, Lean Six Sigma methodology, and application of Lean tools

·      Available 24X7 on-standby to support the on-call emergency breakdown support if needed

·      Have skills associated with logically structured, grammatically correct report writing

·      Able to provides and presents information in a clear and unambiguous manner

·      Provides accurate routine oral and written communications to Maintenance Lead and Maintenance Technicians
