Our main sectors are pharma & Biotechnology, Medical Technology, Petrochemical, Advanced Technology, Science & Engineering, Food and Energy.

The Quality Document Controller must ensure that the documentation used by the client, partners and employees of the organiz833101.927219ation is reliable, correct, complete and well conveyed. He/she is part of a project team and is responsible for managing and controlling the documents produced during the different project phases through an integrated document management system. 


Following tasks are part of the package:

  • Check in real time that the statuses of the project documentation in the document management system are close to the required specifications. Create an action plan to correct discrepancies and ensure it is implemented.
  • Review and approve processes; work with the Project Manager to address potential discrepancies.
  • Support project team (client and partners) in the use of the document management system.
  • Control user access
  • Work with the project team to improve processes.



  • Training of documentalist, in information management, or equivalent experience.
  • Several years of experience as document controller, preferably in the engineering sector, or as information manager in a multicultural environment.
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Knowledge of one or more document management systems is desirable. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office; fluent in IT tools.
  • An excellent sense of organiz833101.927219ation and coordination
  • Able to build relationships and be an active listener, a keen eye for service delivery
  • General knowledge of Quality and experience with audits
  • Mobile, willing to travel to clients when necessary
  • Ability to influence and communicate well, in an intelligent and diplomatic manner

  • Experience with review and validation of documents is an asset
