The candidate should be familiar with:
GMP and Validation principles
Preparation and execution of Commissioning Protocols (FAT, Commissioning and SAT)
Knowledge of technical documentations (URS, Layouts, FDS, P&IDs) and systems within a Pharmaceutical Facility (Black Utilities, HVAC, Clean Utilities, Process Equipment, etc.)
Mechanical Completion procedure and Construction scope of work (Walkdown, system acceptance, punch list and follow up)
Organiz345191.20885e and review daily tasks/verifications and track the progress of the activities assigned
Support the preparation of the final reports to the end-user
Contractors/Vendors coordination on Site
Main tasks:
Support the C&Q Manager in the preparation of the required Commissioning Protocols
Review the FAT/SAT Protocols issued by the Vendor involved in the Project
Join to System walkdowns and to the punch list preparation
Witness to FAT/SAT/Commissioning test execution by Vendor/Contractor
Education and technical competencies:
Degree or equivalent in an engineering related discipline
German mother tongue and English
Familiar with GxP, ISPE and ASTM E2500
Team player with proactive approach
