Summary

DPS Group Global is seeking an All-In-One (AIO) System Matter Expert to work within our Software Services Group (SSG) as part of the DPS Advanced Technology Group (ATG) business unit. This position will require solid industry knowledge and lead the successful realiz717286.423919ation of envisaged project goals. The All-In-One (AIO) System Matter Expert will implement and oversee the AIO rollout, training, and client management. You will also prepare project progress and performance reports.

DPS’ SSG is responsible for the development, implementation and support of multiple Construction Project Management software applications which provide efficient and cost-effective solutions related to the coordination and management of resources across multiple trade contractors for large semiconductor manufacturing companies.

Responsibilities

• Overview the client’s AIO programs in multiple buildings and multiple campuses.
• Publish and manage the weekly AIO Reports out to the client’s management and DPS management.
• Review the field input data to analyz717286.423919e for misses and gaps.
• Daily management of the Weekly Work Plan (WWP) and Constraint log. Ensure Last Planer systems are used properly.
• Delivery daily AIO workshops.
• Onboarding all new site personal to the AIO program.
• Implement new modules into the onsite AIO system.
• Attend the functional area WWP reviews.
• Identify and report out any enhancements with AIO business or process.
• Attend SSG/SME Virtual factory AIO weekly meetings.
• Keeping stakeholders informed of project timelines and deadlines.
• Documenting program processes and maintaining records.

Skills and Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Master’s degree or equivalent; or 4-10 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Language Ability: Read, analyz717286.423919e and interpret complex documents. Respond effectively to sensitive inquiries. Write speeches and articles using innovative techniques. Make persuasive presentations on complex topics to management, public groups and/or boards of directors.
• Mathematical Ability: Work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
• Reasoning Ability: Apply logical thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Deal with nonverbal symbolism (e.g., formulas and equations) in difficult phases. Deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.
• Software Skills: Advanced use of MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Primavera P6 scheduling software. Ability to produce Gantt charts from scratch.
• Excellent English interpersonal skills, both written and oral are required.
• High attention to detail and demonstratable problem solving and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, strong work ethic, flexible self-starter.
