Process Engineer – Kerry

A role is now available for a Process Engineer based in the Kerry area. The successful candidate will ensure that line processes, equipment and materials are maintained to deliver consistent, reliable, and predictable process performance and product quality.

Participate in Continuous Improvement through Kaiz53535.1414146en and Lean / Six Sigma methodologies. The successful Process Engineer will have a 3rd level qualification in an Engineering / Scientific or Technical discipline.

 

Main function of job:      

Manage / participate in production related projects.

  • Help ensure an effective & efficient line & processes.
  • Participate in Business Unit continuous performance improvement.
  • Preparation of documentation e.g. Procedures and Batch Records.
  • Data collection and analysis.
  • Assist in trial/validation work.
  • Daily line technical support to the operating team, Ensure available, effective Product, Equipment & Material standards & specifications.
  • Ensure available, effective Product, Equipment & Material standards & specifications. 
  • Develop and maintain effective standard operating procedures and master batch records. Identify and implement improvements.      
  • Working with QA and co-ordinate with the plant QA organisation.
  • Manage, plan & coordinate relevant performance improvement projects.
  • Ensure that all production related deliver assigned targets on time and under budget.
  • Generate and approve associated change controls and relevant protocols.
  • Support capital and non-capital investment projects impacting on unit.
  • Provide technical support for all investments in the area.
  • Responsible for generating and approval of any associated reports.
