DPS is looking for a passionate and experienced Regional Director of Project Management and Engineering (PM&E) for our United States Project Operations. The Director PM&E will be driven by teamwork, client service, and mentoring and development of technical and project management staff. Key characteristics for this role include being intrinsically motivated, having the ability to work through your own initiative, and being results orientated. DPS is a market leader in the sectors in which we compete, and the Director PM&E should be comfortable playing a leading role in a high-performance organization. The role is a key leadership position and will support all our US offices, current and future. The role can be based out of any of our East Coast offices, while the selected individual will need to have the flexibility to travel to other locations on a regular basis. In the short term, owing to COVID-19 restrictions, travel will be minimal however longer term it is expected the role will require up to 50% time spent travelling between our various offices.
