Senior Process Architect/SME


We are looking for a Senior Process Architect/SME to join the Philadelphia Projects Operation. This is a crucial leadership role within the Philadelphia operation, initially reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Project Operations. This position will play a key role in helping in DPS continue to provide our clients with successful outcomes working closely with the process team. Candidates will be excited by the opportunity to help DPS continue to develop its process architecture presence in the life sciences market.

Key responsibilities:

  • •    Assisting with project proposal preparation for the architectural discipline.
  • •    Assisting with the development of project resource plans and pricing for proposals within the architectural discipline.
  • •    Presenting DPS qualifications to new and existing clients.
  • •    Meeting with clients to assess needs and developing an associated project program.
  • •    Developing conceptual designs and coordinating with engineers on the design team.
  • •    Taking responsibility for discipline related internal and external project communication and coordination.
  • •    Mentoring junior architectural staff and assist in professional development.
  • •    Assisting with ongoing business development activities.

Education & experience:

  •  6-15 years of experience required
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Excellent verbal/written skills required
  • Architectural licensure in practicing states preferred
  • Master of Architecture or Professional Degree from an accredited college is preferred
  • NCARB Certification preferred
  • Experience with advanced technology industry projects preferred such as R&D labs, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, food & nutrition and/or consumer products
  • Knowledge of cGMPs required
  • LEED GA or AP preferred
  • International experience a plus
