Production Assistant         

The Production Assistant in the Production Business Unit will assist in management of production batch records, GMP documentation and electronic systems associated with the site production teams.

 

The following is a list of key attributes required to successfully deliver the support required:

  • Proven interest in working within production and understanding our business processes.
  • Demonstrated high level of IT skills.
  • Demonstrated Good Documentation Practices and compliance with procedures.
  • Self-motivation with the ability to operate without close supervision.
  • Leaving Certificate or equivalent education or experience.        

 

Key Deliverables:

  • Acting as a system point person on 8-hour days and providing front-line support to end-users with problems they might experience:
  • Manage SAP control of production schedule– convert / create / release Process Orders.
  • SAP & MES Set-up for new Production process.
  • Building and revision of BOM’s & recipes for new and existing production processes and second person verification as required.
  • Confirmation of PI sheet completion and troubleshooting discrepancies in PI sheets, Report Production, Unplanned / By-product batches, etc.
  • Monitor / maintain virtual areas.
  • Monitor / account for non-routine material usage.
  • Review new manufacturing tickets and update current revisions as appropriate on Regulus
  • Inventory management support within operations
  • Assist with training and SAP transaction issues in operations

 

Provide a consistent documentation approach across all process teams.

  • Production release of GMP tickets e.g. GDP, attachments are present, CPP review, etc.
  • Track documentation errors across team / shift and highlight common problem areas of tickets.
  • Support OSSCE implementation.
  • Routing of new and revised procedures/, batch records and compliance documents in Regulus.
