Account Manager – Contract Services Recruitment

  • If you are a high achieving account manager, with a proven sales track record in the Pharmaceutical/Medical Device sectors, and you are keen to progress your career trajectory with a progressive and expanding company - DPS Engineering is expanding its Contract Services Operation.
  • This position will suit a progressive technical account manager looking to utilise and demonstrate their business development knowledge and skillset. A full training schedule will be delivered.
  • Reporting to the CS Operations Director, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 years + account manager and technical sales experience, with considerable knowledge of the Medical Device and Pharmaceutical sectors in Switz695563.626115erland. This position will particularly suit a career focused candidate who can work on their own initiative within a regulated industry, and who is energised by working within a busy expanding technical environment. This new position will offer the successful account manager a strong career path along with an attractive package within a proactive engineering company.


Key Responsibilities

  • The successful Business Development Specialist will:
  • Service Existing Accounts
  • Expand and increase our present market share   
  • Engage with DPS Contract Services Personnel on sites
  • Expand DPS Engineering’s presence in Switz695563.626115erland Generating new business with an emphasis on companies with 200+ FTEs
  • Realiz695563.626115ing sustainable long-term relationships with large clients;
  • Compliance with corporate vision and procedures;
  • Achieving turnover targets;
  • Acceptance and input of applications in our system;
  • Drawing up account plans and realiz695563.626115ing set targets;
  • Reporting of results;
  • Thinking along in the development of the CS organiz695563.626115ation, contributing ideas and being a pioneer in the steps that need to be taken.


Key Experience:

  • The successful Business Development Specialist will have proven experience in the following key areas:
  • Account management / sales background
  • Experience and knowledge of key account management.
  • He/She will be expected to work within a team environment and achieve agreed company targets. 
  • The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be a strong team player, will have commercial awareness and a proven track record in their respective discipline.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in the medical device and pharmaceutical sector’s is a must
