Summary
We are looking for an energetic, experienced marketing manager for our Philadelphia Region Operation.  This position will play a key role in helping to start and market the local office, capabilities, and resources. The Marketing Manager helps build our company brand internally and externally, develops a variety of marketing materials and other similar activities, gathers, and provides company data for external publications and creates content for publication and proposals. 

Responsibilities
Lead and Assist in local office marketing activities including but not limited to: 
Announcements/Press Releases of new Operation, Key New Hires
Leading Proposal Preparation and managing other marketing resources to assist
Assistance with presentation preparation and slide deck generation for speaking engagements, client presentations, etc. 
Lead Contact for all industry publications and speaking engagements, responsible for securing speaking and writing opportunities
Leading and/or assisting with local client activities (open houses, business development events, industry shows/events) 
Creates content for presentations, nominations, and award submissions
Follow and facilitate the use of brand guidelines
Adheres to schedules for information gathering, writing, reviews and approvals

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience 
10+ years of experience in a professional services marketing role with emphasis on developing proposals and pursuit strategy 
A/E/C industry experience, Life Sciences experience a strong plus
Track record of success creating content for complex solicitations both small and large (above $20M)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, InDesign, Deltek Vision or equivalent; Office 365 experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communications skills 
Advanced graphics, document layout, writing, editing and quality assurance skills 
Advanced at designing and executing complex marketing initiatives and strategic campaigns  
Works independently upon receiving general direction 
Supervises employees and/or assignments in accordance with company culture and policies 
Confidence and experience leading pursuit brainstorming sessions and marketing meetings 
Ability to inspire teams to meet internal deadlines 
Positive attitude, even when under pressuare 
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment 
Collaborative and productive work style 
Flexible and willing to assist with multiple tasks

Travel: 0 – 20% travel
Working hours: 40 hours, Monday to Friday with flexible work environment
