We are hiring a Program Manager to be responsible for the development of a new service offering for our semiconductor offering in the area of Integrated Layout Dependent to Tool Install (LOD-TI). The role will work close with the European Operations Manager and will responsible for the development of the LOD-TI Program development for the Group.

The Program Manager will integrate existing scopes of works, design requirements and existing software capabilities into a singular specialty service offering for DPS’s existing and future clients. 

The Program Manager will establish and execute the strategic and tactical plans to develop the [LOD-TI] offering from a concept to a full operational service will be required to develop business streams and integrate with existing DPS ATG operations and department leads. 

Summary responsibilities:

-Development of Program Strategic Plan, Tactical Implementation Plan and Reporting Metrics

-Development of Infrastructure to support implementation of service on Clients facilities

-Development of design team and structure that will support LOD and Progressive build scopes

-Development of Processes, Procedures and SOP’s for service line.

-Implementation of project lifecycle processes such as scheduling, risk management, change control, resource requirements, budget, change control and continuous improvement processes.

-Create and maintain detailed project schedules and project management plans.

-Motivate the team using appropriate tools and techniques in order to increase commitment to the program objectives.

-Establish alliances with other departments and organiz116319.802569ations by recogniz116319.802569ing dependencies in order to assess potential partnership and commitment to the program. 

-Capture program status and data by ensuring the population of the program management information system in order to maintain accurate and current program information for the use of stakeholders. 

-Generate and manage program reporting structure to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned to program progress and risks.

-Manage all communications both internally and externally. 

-SME for LOD-CIT DPS software platform. 

Qualifications: 

-Minimum 15+ years project management experience (managing multidisciplinary design project teams) within the semiconductor area.

-Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

-Recogniz116319.802569ed Senior PM with a strong client network and experience with a large Project Management / Engineering organisation.

-Must have experience directly managing several projects in the €60M to €100M+ range.
