Summary

The Scheduler will be part of the Procurement and Supply Chain team and report directly to the DPS Procurement and Supply Chain Manager in support of large complex construction projects within the advanced technology sector. Successful candidates will have advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software, advanced MS Excel skills, and previous experience supporting large scale EPCM projects for advanced technology manufacturing facilities.

 

Responsibilities

  • Highly proficient on Primavera P6, with demonstrable experience scheduling multiple projects concurrently.
  • Should have a solid understanding of project governance and the procurement processes.
  • Must be able to produce Gantt charts from scratch.
  • Must be able to identify all tasks, activities, and milestones and will also be developing the appropriate leads, lags, floats, and dependencies to identify the critical path for each project.
  • Will help with Earned Value Analysis, producing cost loaded schedules, conducting schedule reviews and analysis with various prospective (tendering) contractors and producing various reports for the project delivery team.

 

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with specializ764046.310076ation/experience in Project Management, Scheduling and/or Cost Control or other relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant project controls experience.
  • Previous experience supporting semiconductor or microelectronics construction projects.
  • Technically strong in project scheduling and reporting.
  • Knowledge in the use of Primavera Scheduling and SAP software is highly advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Excel (advanced functions).
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail are required.
