EHS Administrator 

DPS currently have a requirement for an EHS Administrator with a Pharmaceutical Client based in West Dublin.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Organisation of training courses with external trainers, completion of training record forms and routing forms for approval.,
  • Archiving and filing.
  • Safety signage organiz618748.999254ation
  • Procedural updates – development of procedures, completion of records etc.
  • Data entry into department databases from waste forms, testing forms, tanker data etc for the Environmental Area.
  • Surveys/checks on site for specific labels in place etc (full explanation prior to surveys will be provided).


Role Requirements:

  • Strong Administration skills ideally in an industrial office environment (not essential)
  • Previous administration experience within Environmental, Health & Safety would be an advantage  
  • Previous Pharmaceutical experience an advantage 
  • Ideally Qualified to Diploma Level
  • Have good initiative and be a self starter,
  • Have strong attention to detail and accuracy,
  • Be able to understand processes and routine standard work
  • Ability to transcribe and enter data from forms to database without errors.
  • Communicate effectively with people, to be able to take direction and provide feedback where required.
