Process Cleaning Representative 

An opportunity now exists for a Process Cleaning Representative to support the small molecule side of the business of our client. The successful resource ideally needs to have a third level degree qualification, good interpersonal skills and an interest in problem-solving.

The successful Process Cleaning Representative will have strong PC/ IT skills and E-Systems competency e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, TrackWise, Regulus, SAP, OSI PI, etc. and will be expected to work very closely with all members of the Process Team. 

 

Responsibilities will include:

 

Improve Health, Safety and Environmental performance of Small Molecule 

Improve Quality/ Compliance of Small Molecule Cleaning 

Responsible for the delivery of the Production Cleaning 

Technical knowledge of processing equipment and cleaning regimes (chemical, re-circulated washing, etc.)

Knowledge of Small Molecule manufacturing processes and understanding of production schedules

Strong process safety knowledge, understanding of basis of safety and risk assessment and an ability to react appropriately is an advantage.

Interested in standardisation of Cleaning business systems across Small Molecule and benchmarking with internal and external colleagues.

Continuous Improvement mindset i.e. always looking for a better, more efficient way

Demonstrated aptitude and interest for problem-solving/ troubleshooting and an ability to deal with unexpected issues in a constructive (proactive) and collaborative way

 

Educational Requirements:  Third Level Degree Qualification
