DPS Group is seeking a Supply Chain Data Analyst to join our Procurement and Supply Chain team in support of large high-tech construction projects for a leading microelectronic manufacturing client. The position will report directly to the DPS Procurement and Supply Chain Manager. Successful candidates will come from a fast-paced environment and ideally have experience supporting supply chain teams in the construction and microelectronics industry. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory along with a thorough understanding of the supply chain process.

Summary

The Supply Chain Data Analyst will be responsible for developing reports; creating single database for the supply chain team; analyz430090.413182ing data to identify Supply Chain process and risk; developing and maintaining forecasting process; developing and maintaining supplier KPI process; and, continuous development and improvement of the DPS Supply Chain team automated capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Gather information for periodic and on-demand productivity/accounting reports to support day-to-day operations. 
  • Verify accuracy and reasonableness of data and communicate results. 
  • Design and develop new reports and measure as appropriate. 
  • Work with the Supply Chain Manager and support team to analyz430090.413182e business processes and suggest improvements. 
  • Identify trends from data analysis and provide recommendations for improvement based on findings. 
  • Design and develop new reports for improving the Supply Chain team capabilities.
  • Pull data from multiple internal systems, identify “use causes” in need of resolution, and then extrapolate out a solution that is applicable throughout the network of systems. 
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment in keeping critical and sensitive information, records, and reports. 
     

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience, with emphasis in supply chain or procurement is preferred. 
  • Two to four years of related experience and/or training. 
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Internet and e-mail software. 
  • Adequate in mathematical computations and exceptional understanding in the use of advanced Excel functions.
