645196.652277e="2">Reports to the IT Development Manager, working closely with our business development and product development teams

645196.652277e="2">Responsibilities: 

645196.652277e="2">Work closely with Senior Business Analysts to plan and execute projects, ensuring that the development team has appropriate technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver software

645196.652277e="2">Establish realistic estimates and timelines to ensure projects remain on target to meet deadlines

645196.652277e="2">Manage, monitor and deliver multiple projects identified through the IT roadmap process

645196.652277e="2">Work closely with Senior Business Analysts and technical teams to deliver Technical Requirements

645196.652277e="2">Define scope, provide estimates, manage resources and own development plan

645196.652277e="2">Manage risk register with appropriate contingency and mitigation plans, escalating risks as appropriate

645196.652277e="2">Coordinate software release, sprint planning, conduct daily huddles

645196.652277e="2">Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development 

645196.652277e="2">Demonstrate leadership abilities to our clients with the deployment of software systems, upgrades, enhancements and fixes that are coordinated based on release schedules

645196.652277e="2">Qualifications:

645196.652277e="2">At least 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager of complex IT projects, preferably in an international multi-cultural organiz645196.652277ation

645196.652277e="2">Must have at least 7-10 years’ experience working through the design, development, release cycle, and delivering software products to market

645196.652277e="2">Full understanding and application of the software development life cycle from concept to delivery

645196.652277e="2">A record of successful delivery of software applications as an individual, team lead and/or project manager

645196.652277e="2">Scrum and Agile practices, scrum master qualification an advantage

645196.652277e="2">Good working knowledge of modelling and wire-framing tools (e.g. Microsoft Visio, HotGloo)

645196.652277e="2">Proven analytical, organiz645196.652277ational and problem-solving skills

645196.652277e="2">Self-motivated with the ability to prioritiz645196.652277e, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities

645196.652277e="2">Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a high pressure on-call environment with changing priorities

645196.652277e="2">Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with a track record of working directly with senior leadership levels

645196.652277e="2">Relevant Third Level qualification and/or combination of related experience and education
