DPS is currently hiring a Lead Process Engineer with experience in pharmaceutical market and a passion for the problem solving and design of complex manufacturing systems.   The role will be located in our Dublin office.

Key Responsibilities :

Leading a team of senior, intermediate and junior process engineers

Ownership of the process design associated with a capital project

Feasibility and Concept studies

Technical review and approval of process deliverables

To develop, organise and control programmes to eliminate existing or potential process/engineering problems and deliver plant improvements

Development of deliverables and manhours estimates and managing process budgets

Chairing review workshops with clients and other disciplines.

Attendance at proposal presentations

Desired Skills and Experience:

A higher technical degree, major in Industrial, process or chemical engineering,

5+ years of relevant and successful experience in an environment with pharmaceutical engineering,

Preferably a Chartered Engineer

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,

Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills,

Excellent analytic, problem-solving and decision-making skills,

Advanced MS office computer skills,

Advanced time management and organisational skills,

Leadership skills, with a view to managing people,

It is important that you can participate in project engineering activities.
