DPS Engineering currently have a requirement for a Process Project Engineer with a Dublin based Food / Beverage Manufacturer. The successful candidate will have ownership for engineering project execution from inception through to completion including commissioning and handover.
Role Responsibilities:
Introduction of new products, equipment and processes to meet all regulatory and operational requirements.
Identify, plan, execute and qualify process solutions while interacting with the cross-functional teams in developing action plans
Identify project milestones and management of external and/or internal cross-functional project teams & activities to drive execution of project plan.
Define equipment specifications and managing the selection, procurement and acceptance testing of plant equipment as required.
Generation, review and approval of project documentation (Scope, User Requirement Specifications etc), Validation documentation (FAT, IQ, OQ etc), trial reports and Standard Operating Procedures.
Lead & support project teams to ensure safe & effective execution of each phase of project implementation.
To develop user materials (e.g. SOPs + training aids) and provide training on new equipment/process functionality. Perform technical review of updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to the equipment/process.
Role Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Engineering Discipline
5+ Years’ experience in Equipment Process Projects in a GMP environment
Experience in Food & Beverage Industry or similar desirable
Full project life-cycle experience taking projects from inception to completion
Experience with Powder Handling units an advantage
