508768.201541e="2">The Graduate Process Engineer will work closely with colleagues in the process group and other DPS departments to deliver projects for our clients. Our clients are primarily in the Pharmaceutical, Chemical and Advanced Technology industry sectors. DPS provides full EPCMV (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management and Validation) services for its clients. The Graduate Engineer will learn through training and practical experience to become a valued member of the team and will have opportunities to progress within the organisation. Engineers working for DPS have broad skill sets that are highly valued in the industry.

508768.201541e="2">The DPS Process department operates as part of a multi-disciplinary team, which handles our client needs in the following areas: architectural, process, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, commissioning, validation and construction management services.

508768.201541e="2">The Graduate Process Engineer will be trained so that they develop the requisite process design capabilities, both in terms of technical skills and soft skills. It would be our expectation that the Graduate will progress to full chartered status and become a key asset to DPS.

508768.201541e="2">The graduate will be exposed to projects in the following areas;

508768.201541e="2">·       Sterile Manufacturing.

508768.201541e="2">·       Fill Finish.

508768.201541e="2">·       Bulk API.

508768.201541e="2">·       Oral Solid Dosage.

508768.201541e="2">·       Chemical Manufacturing.

508768.201541e="2">·       Microelectronics.

 

508768.201541e="2">The graduate will be expected, with guidance, to:

508768.201541e="2">·       Bring designs from concept development right through detailed design to construction and commissioning.

508768.201541e="2">·       Prepare and update PFDs and P&IDs as part of process design development.

508768.201541e="2">·       Generate specifications for process equipment, analyse vendor bids and provide technical analyses to our clients.

508768.201541e="2">·       Contribute to cGMP and HAZOP design reviews.

508768.201541e="2">·      Continually learn about different technologies so as to deliver the best advice to our clients.

508768.201541e="2">·      Use a range of software packages to develop process designs and analyse process problems.

508768.201541e="2">Education & experience:

508768.201541e="2">·       Chemical Engineering – degree level.

508768.201541e="2">·       From 0-2 years’ experience.

508768.201541e="2">Essential skills:

508768.201541e="2">·       Computer literate.

508768.201541e="2">·       Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.

508768.201541e="2">·       Attention to detail.
