DPS are seeking a Clean Utility – Lead C&Q Engineer for a 24-month contract on a Bio-Project in Cork

The successful candidate will work as part of the clean utility suite team, they will have responsibility to lead a team of C&Q personnel to execute all C&Q activities including control system validation activities for all of the clean utility equipment (RO unit, Multi effect stills, WFI Storage and dist system, and clean utility dist systems


Duties will include the following:

·         Lead team of C&Q professionals

·         Provide technical guidance and ensure team complete the preparation as well as the execution of all the cGMP compliant documentation

·         Ensuring full adherence to client expectations

·         Preparation of work plans for weekly and daily activities

·         Interaction with vendors for project planning

·         Reviewing and approving project documentation, ensuring technical accuracy and adherence to cGMP

·         Review and approval of protocols produced by the team and vendors including all CSV Activities, ensuring all client standards are implemented in design documents

·         Ensuring vendor delivers design documents adhering to client standards, responsibility for technical accuracy of deliverables

·         Attendance at client daily planning meetings and weekly reporting meetings

·         Ensuring all the assigned resources to the specific tasks are trained, have experience to carry out tasks 

·         Development of schedule for packages to align with overall design requirements

·         Ensure efficiency of team for allocated hours for the clean utility area

·         Liaising with Construction management team to ensure completion of mechanical completion packs, review of all contractors packs for traceability, review of all supporting vendor documents in timely manner to support execution

·         Attendance at FAT’s and ensure vendor audit actions are actioned


All candidates will require as a minimum:

·         Proven history of development/ execution of commissioning & qualification activities of clean utility systems

·         Familiarity with relevant regulatory standards.

·         Familiarity with Project Management tools
