Senior Process Engineer

Immediate long term job opportunity exists for a Senior Process Engineer with 8+ year’s experience in pharmaceutical industry. The candidate will have knowledge of six sigma/continuous improvement methodologies with experience of working in an API environment supporting both production and plant design.

A minimum of 5 years experience in pharmaceutical industry is required.

The Senior Process Engineer will provide technical and process engineering solutions to support, develop, and improve existing processes.

The successful candidate will have the following attributes

Minimum of 5 years Process design experience

Design office experience essential

Development of P&IDs/ Equipment specifications/ bid evaluations/ Process design calculations / etc.

To work on the detailed design of an API projects.

Manage teams of engineers to deliver larger projects

Ability to liaise directly with clients, maintain and develop the client relationship

Ability to engage and communicate effectively with design disciplines

Level 8 Degree qualified in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (Chartered Engineer preferred).

Flexible and capable of working on own initiative, without close supervision

Committed to working to the highest possible standards and delivering high quality results within a highly regulated (cGMP and EHS) environment

Proven ability to plan effectively and work on multiple projects at the same time

Strong attention to detail and possess excellent documentation and data analysis skills

Familiar with root cause analysis and problem solving techniques

Working knowledge of identification of haz902068.281788ards and risk assessment
