Summary:

The Supply Chain Coordinator will work within the DPS Supply Chain team onsite in Ariz336733.507409ona and will be responsible for timely supplies open orders, tracking on a weekly basis based on schedule needs of the projects, receipt of inventory, and shipping of material to the site as needed.

The Supply Chain Coordinator ensures the security and accountability of inventory by documenting transactions using DPS systems & processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate calendars, meetings, tracking sheets and other tools as directed.
  • Accurately input information into Risk and Decision logs as directed.
  • Work under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
  • Build strong partnerships with the team to understand the needs of the projects.

Qualifications:

  • Basic computer skills and proficiency using Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and within a team.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ideally have at least 2 years’ experience working in Supply Chain and Construction.
