Key responsibilities:

  • Managing the process design team,
  • Basics of design development,
  • Feasibility studies,
  • Develop process P&ID,
  • Lead the process of mass balance/ flow calculations,
  • To develop, organise and control programmes to eliminate existing or potential process/engineering problems and deliver plant improvements,
  • Provide technical backup to the operations teams in resolving complex process/plant problems.


Skills and experience required:

  • A higher technical degree, major in Industrial, process or chemical engineering,
  • 7+ years of relevant and successful experience in an environment with pharmaceutical engineering,
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills,
  • Excellent analytic, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Advanced MS office computer skills
  • Advanced time management and organisation skills
  • Leadership skills, with a view to managing people
  • It is important that you can participate in project engineering activities
  • You mastered the Dutch and English language
  • You have the following competences, result- and internal customer - oriented, communication skills, listening and to work in a team



  • Working hours: 40 hours, Monday to Friday
