Engineering GMP Training Coordinator

 

A new opportunity now exists for a Training Coordinator to work in a multinational pharmaceutical environment. The successful Training Coordinator would be responsible for training all work craft personnel in a variety of areas including gowning requirements and cleanroom policies and procedures.

 

The successful candidate will have 5 years’ experience of working in a similar role with a knowledge of TrackWise and a 3rd level qualification.

 

The successful Training Coordinator would also be responsible for maintaining a database of training records that is audit ready at all times. You would also conduct audits in the cleanrooms to ensure compliance with SOP’s. Ensure that all activities within the department are compliant and meet the site standards.

 

Responsibilities:

Assists with all quality investigations for Engineering.

Completes audits and gap assessments on Engineering SOPs and practices in the field.

Ensures training plans and job descriptions are accurate and reflect the work being done, through collaboration between the team leaders.

 

Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position.
