Job - CSA Supervisor (Civil/Structural/Architectural)

An immediate job is available for a CSA Supervisor from a Cleanroom/Civil/Structural/Architectural environment. The successful CSA Supervisor (Civil/Structural/Architectural) will be qualified as a Bachelor of Engineering, or equivalent with must have previous experience in Cleanroom Build Construction Management.   

The CSA Supervisor shall have a min of 5 years Construction Management experience working within large project teams under their own initiate with responsible/accountable for defined scope, schedule and costs. The candidate should have good communication skills. The candidate should ideally have a suitable qualification / experience in construction contracts. 


Job Experience / Skills

Project Management on the job experience of working in a Live Factory environment and on Live Factory Retrofits is required. Ability to plan ahead to mitigate Factory Shutdowns is important.
Proven ability to develop initial concepts, take them to the next level of detail, get approval by stakeholders and then drive Execution in the Field by General Contractor/Client Support groups is required
Ability to develop and implement innovative engineering and design methodologies to support very aggressive program and construction schedules
Proficiency with reading and interpreting standard construction documents, schedules, contracts and proposals
Familiarity with design, siz536819.034373ing and modelling methods for process systems
Understands commissioning, OAT’s & FAT’s
Strong technical expertise in process and chemical engineering and ability to provide tactical direction to a large engineering team, both direct and matrix report
Experience with construction, startup, and turnover of facilities mechanical systems would be an added advantage.
