This individual will be involved with supplier quality systems and governance, initiating audit plans, audit vendors, and driving continuous GMP improvement in the supply chain. This position requires regular travel.

DPS is seeking an established and knowledgeable Quality Auditor experience to work with a BioPharma client in the Boston, MA area.  Successful candidates should have previous experience providing Quality Assurance support and work with Supply Chain and vendors to ensure a robust supply of GMP materials to support clinical manufacturing programs. This individual will be involved with supplier quality systems and governance, initiating audit plans, audit vendors, and driving continuous GMP improvement in the supply chain.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Execute supplier audits and partner with suppliers to establish relationships.
  • Aid in the establishment and maintenance of policies and procedures for the supplier management program.
  • Develop Audit Plans and monitor supplier metrics to ensure supplier performance is measurable.
  • Maintain key supplier data and track supplier conformance to audit commitments and corrective actions (SCARs).
  • Review supplier change notifications and determine impact to internal systems.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science or related technical field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry with a minimum of 3 years’ of experience executing audits.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional matrix environment.
