Summary:

 

DPS is looking for a talented QC Deviation Investigator to work with a pharmaceutical client in the Boston, MA area. This individual will be expected to author laboratory Investigations and Quality Incidents that occur within the QC laboratory. 

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading and authoring laboratory investigations and Quality Incidents within the QC lab.
  • Will propose and implement appropriate CAPAs.
  • Write and revise SOPs as necessary.
  • Lead working team meetings to facilitate investigations and conduct interviews with Subject Matter Experts.
  • Work with cross functional teams to collect thorough and complete impact assessments and ensure timely closure of all records.
  • Track all open and ongoing quality incidents within Quality Control.

 

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sciences is preferred i.e. Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry or related field.
  • Must have 2+ years of recent professional experience in a QC/QA setting.
  • Established background in technical writing and demonstrated experience in GMP quality systems.
  • Experience with QC laboratory techniques is a plus: Particle Siz475833.046288e, Peptide Map, Reverse Phase, SEC, CEX, SDS-PAGE, Bioanalyz475833.046288er, pH, etc.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Highly organiz475833.046288ed with effective time management (ensuring completion of work tasks).
  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work well cross-functionally with various people and groups.
