DPS is seeking an established and knowledgeable Cleaning Validation Engineer to work with a pharma client in the Boston, MA area.  

 

Preferred experience should cover upstream and downstream, buffer and media preparation, and other central engineering service equipment e.g. autoclaves, washers, etc.  Partswasher Cleaning Val expertise is preferred. Riboflavin Coverage testing expertise of parts.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and author validation master plans for Cleaning Validation projects.
  • Develop Cleaning Validation execution strategies that meet regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Must be able to understand and know how to develop Cleaning Validation acceptance criteria.
  • Be capable of Cleaning Validation document generation/execution using Client templates, the engineer must be able to adapt quickly to various scope and project requirements with in the project scope.
  • Ensure assigned Project Validation deliverables are achieved for the defined project scope.
  • Manage and provide input to discrepancy resolutions.
  • Closure and Validation report generation for cleaning validation of various equipment systems.
  • Must be able to author protocols and exhibit strong technical writing skills.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical) or related Scientific discipline.
  • 4+ years’ of cleaning validation expertise.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimum direction and supervision.
  • Must have a background in Cleaning Validation across the Biotech industry.
  • Must be able to work with multiple individuals as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Must be able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
