DPS is looking for an experienced Project Scheduler to provide project planning/scheduling and reporting services to the Project Engineering & Management group with a BioPharma client of ours in the Boston, MA area.

                   

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, monitor and update detailed Critical Path Method project schedules using EPM (Enterprise Project Management) for all active projects.   Scheduling includes: development, baselines, tracking, analysis, monitoring and correction action as needed.
  • Maintain all project schedule and project records.
  • Follow, develop and enhance Work Instruction and Process &Procedures.
  • Perform ad-hoc requests related to capital project controls in support of operations.
  • Work with project team to develop, update and progress CPM Project Schedules.
  • Baseline and track CPM Project Schedules for all stages.
  • Work with Project Controls to maintain EPM System.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Construction Management.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in Project Planning/Scheduling/Project Controls operations.
  • Strong knowledge with MS Project or Primavera Project Planner as well as MS Office is required.
  • Experience and knowledgeable using spreadsheets, Enterprise Project Management Systems and Project Management is strongly preferred.
  • 2+ years’ experience in capital project management is preferred, including project controls/scheduling.
  • An understanding of the engineering and construction process and the project/facility lifecycle in the industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, are required.
  • Must work well with others and be able to work with teams and individuals.
  • A track record of successful cross-functional collaborations to facilitate positive project outcomes.
