DPS is looking for a Training Specialist to work with a BioPharma client of ours in the Greater Boston, MA area. This individual will evaluate training needs and participate in the development and delivery of training materials. The primary objective of the Training Specialist will be to contribute technical/cGMP training expertise and assist in training program implementation/sustainability, and document maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and information to operations management on recommended training programs.
Manage assignments within the learning management system, working with area supervision.
Manage projects and training initiatives which directly support Manufacturing, to effectively implement strategic business objectives in driving quality, compliance and effectiveness.
Maintain personnel training files, and deliver a substantial portion of the cGMP/Technical training.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
2+ years of experience in a training or development role.
Must have previous experience with ComplianceWire or similar Learning Management Systems within cGMP environments.
Experience in developing, delivering and assessing training in both individual and classroom settings.
Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
