Key responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure and optimiz319062.24772e pharmaceutical processes from inception through to start up and certification.
  • Design scope definition, specification and procurement for process equipment. 
  • Manage cost and time constraints and perform risk assessments.
  • Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data.
  • Assess processes and interpret data to develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
  • Provide process documentation and operating instructions.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplined teams to assist in equipment start up and process engineering design deliverables. 

Education & experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, or in related field.
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience required.
  • Experience in design of large capital projects.
  • Knowledge and experience of project execution for fully automated facility design.
  • Knowledge of Delta V preferred.
  • Knowledge of cGMP.
  • Proven work experience in process engineering.
  • Excellent technical skills.
  • Knowledge of process related standards.
