DPS was awarded the contract for the development from Concept through Basic Engineering, Permitting, Detailed Engineering, Procurement and Construction management for their new 34,000 m² Worldwide Headquarters in Belgium.
About This Project
Project Scope
The client is a clinical-stage biotechnology company, specialized in the discovery and development of small molecule medicines with novel modes of action. Our client focuses on the development and commercialization of novel medicines.
This building will be developed to incorporate BSL2 and BSL3 Chemical and Biological laboratories, write-up areas, offices for sales and support administration services, conferencing, catering, chemical storage facilities and all related utilities.
DPS developed all utilities (HVAC, fluids, gasses, energy, …) for 2 designs of the new headquarters.
