SEMI Spring Standards Meetings

ATG Vice President of Operations, Steve Lewis (2nd from the right) represented DPS Engineering at the SEMI Spring Standards meetings in San Jose California for the Facilities, Gases, N. American Regional Standards Committees as well as the International Standards Working Group.

SEMI facilitates the creation, publication, maintenance of "standards" that are used by the Semiconductor, LED, Flat Panel and Solar manufacturing to govern all aspects of the production beginning with raw materials, production equipment, production factories, EHS and quality control.  DPS will be participating in SEMICON West in San Francisco in July.
