About this project
The project scope is for a new Cleanroom Manufacturing Facility, support and office area of 80,000 sq.ft. DPS were requested at a late stage to join the project and replace an incumbent Architectural and Engineering (A&E). As part of this, DPS re-evaluated the original Basis of Design and then executed the design of all the process systems, cleanroom architectural and cleanroom HVAC & exhaust facilities. DPS has also provided preconstruction services which will migrate to Construction Management services, and is acting as the federated model coordinator for the entire facility.
