Chairman
Donal Roche

Appointed Chairman in 2005, Donal is former Managing Partner of Matheson Ormsby Prentice (MOP) and also served as Head of the Commercial and Corporate Finance Group. Donal is also Chairman of Barclays Bank Ireland plc. and Covestone Asset Management Ltd. Donal is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin. He qualified as a solicitor in 1980 and is a member of the Incorporated Law Society of Ireland.

Chief Executive Officer
Frank Keogh

Appointed CEO in 2010, Frank is former Operations Director and Dublin Operations Manager and has been a Director on the Board since 1996. Frank is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin. He qualified as a Quantity Surveyor B.Sc. (Surveying-Hons) in 1980 and a Diploma in Construction Economics in 1981. Frank has over 30 years experience working with multi-national consulting engineering companies and major multi-national clients in the engineering and construction Arena and has considerable international experience including Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

Chief Financial Officer / (CEO Europe)
Eddie Kent

Eddie joined DPS Group in 2001 as Financial Controller and was appointed Finance Director in January 2008. He was promoted to Chief Executive Officer for Europe in 2021. He is a Chartered Accountant having graduated from University College Cork in 1992. Eddie has previously worked in Corporate Finance with a number of Pharmaceutical companies in the UK, Europe and the US and has brought his experience to growing the DPS Group internationally in recent years.

COO & Strategy Director
Brian Donohoe

Appointed as Executive Director in 2015, Brian is Chief Operations Officer(COO) of DPS Group. Brian is an engineering graduate of University College Dublin(B.E) and holds an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France as well as being a Chartered Engineer(C.Eng.) member of Engineers Ireland. Brian started his career with Siemens Germany in process automation but has had a broad and varied engineering and management career including management consulting, private equity and construction. Prior to joining DPS in 2015, Brian was eleven years with a major Irish contractor in a number of senior management roles including Managing Director of their European division. He brings significant strategic, operational and international experience to the Board and executive team of DPS.

President, Global Business Development
Gerry Hamill

Gerry Hamill is a Director of DPS with responsibility for strategic account management, growing strategic relationships and developing new business opportunities. Gerry joined DPS in 2005, where he has held a number of positions including European Business Development Manager and Country Manager for the Middle East. Gerry began his career with National Medical Care (WR Grace Company), where he worked in Research and Development. Since then he has held various business development and sales management positions with Veolia, Fresenius AG, Intellution and Gilroy Filtration (Pall). He has substantial experience in global industrial businesses and significant international and regional experience in Europe and Middle East. Gerry is a member of Engineers Ireland, Marketing Institute of Ireland and a Board Member International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers (Irish Affiliate).

President, US Operations
Aidan O’Dwyer

As President of US Project Operations, Aidan is charged with providing strategic leadership to guide DPS expansion in the U.S. through development and acquisition. He brings more than 22 years of biotech and pharmaceutical industry experience, having previously served as the Senior Vice President of Operations for DPS in Framingham, Mass., since 2011, when the firm opened its first U.S. life sciences division through the acquisition of BioMetics.

Aidan has held other senior management positions with DPS before relocating to the US and was responsible for the delivery of capital projects ranging in value from $10 – $100 million for clients such as Pfizer, Merck, GSK, Eli Lilly and Janssen across various geographic locations, including Ireland, the United Kingdom, Holland and Belgium. Before joining DPS, Aidan held senior project management positions with a number of global blue-chip pharmaceutical firms, where he played key roles in the delivery of capital projects ranging from $150 – $350 million.

Carl Dillon

Appointed Non-Executive Director in 2003, Carl was the long-time Managing Partner with Moore Stephens Nathans which is one of Ireland’s leading accountancy practices and business advisors. Carl brings a wealth of corporate financial advice and experience to the team.

Robert J Sheroff

Bob has an undergraduate degree in Pharmacy from Rutgers University, along with an MBA in Pharmaceutical Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

After working for a short period of time as a Retail Pharmacist, Bob joined Johnson & Johnson. Bob worked within the Operations/Quality area of the pharmaceutical sector. Bob had overseas assignments in both the United Kingdom and Puerto Rico. Bob left J&J for approximately seven years and joined Warner Lambert as their Worldwide Head of Quality. Bob retuned to J&J when Pfizer acquired Warner Lambert. Bob held numerous positions at J&J Pharmaceutical, including Head of Supply Chain for the Biologics Group, and later as Head of Janssen Supply Chain.

Upon Bob’s retirement from J&J he joined Biogen Idec for about one year and assisted them in re-defining their global operations group. Bob worked for Fibrocell, a company developing cell therapy treatments for rare genetic diseases and Agios a Biotech start-up in Cambridge MA focused on oncology.

Bob is a non-executive board member for DPS Group, a consulting, engineering and construction management company and is also a board member of ACT Labs, an analytical testing lab supporting cannabis growers and processors. Bob continues to provide consultancy support to numerous companies.

John Tracey

Appointed Non-Executive Director to the Board of DPS Group in February 2019; John has worked for 25 years in venture capital, helping Irish companies to scale and grow internationally. He was CEO of Trinity Venture Capital and its successor TVC Holdings plc. from 1997 to 2014. TVC Holdings delisted from the stock market in June 2014 when it distributed almost all its value to shareholders. Since then, John has worked at Board level with several high growth companies. He has bachelors and master’s degrees in engineering from University College Dublin.
