Simon is an experienced business leader with over 25 years experience in Engineering design and consultancy working predominantly in the Water, Energy and infrastructure sectors for large ‘blue chip’ and government clients.

Simon brings global insight, a collaborative style and influence, enjoys working with people to enhance collaboration and create engagement whilst delivering the highest quality service in demanding, highly regulated and changing business environments.

Simon joined Arcadis in 2014 taking on the role of leading the Water, Power and Utilities sector, and took additional responsibility for the Environment, Safety and Industry business in early 2018.

In October 2021 Simon was appointed as Country Director for the UK & Ireland, and following many years leading the Resilience business in the UK was appointed as President of Arcadis DPS Group at the end of 2022.

Aiden has over 30 years of in-depth experience in Program Management, Project Management, Engineering and Construction for diverse capital projects within the pharmaceutical and petrochemical sectors. Projects were sited throughout Ireland, North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Pharma projects included Green and Brownfield facilities for API manufacturing and BioPharma projects. Industry facilities included aviation terminal, Power, telecommunications, and offshore oil / gas installations.

For the last 15 years, Aiden’s focus has been entirely the pharma and biopharmaceutical markets. He leads multidiscipline teams, often using a multi-office execution approach across two continents to execute work scopes including front-end study, preliminary and detailed design, construction, commissioning support, and full handover to client Operations Staff.

Dara is a Mechanical Engineer, PMP certified Project Manager, and Operations Director with 25 years’ experience in Engineering Design and Project Management primarily in the Pharmaceutical industry. He is currently the Director of Operations for DPS Group’s Dublin Operation. He was previously based in the US in DPS Boston, MA and Albany, NY where he managed a portfolio of Biotech and Novel Therapeutic-projects.

Prior to his US-based roles he managed several multi-disciplined projects from DPS Dublin, including a placement in Pfizer Grange Castle in Dublin. In Pfizer, he held the role of head of the outsourced DPS Project Engineering Managed Services Group where he managed a multi-disciplinary site-based team in the execution of capital projects. He has previously worked for CH2MHill and Project Management Ltd. (PM) and worked on projects for a wide range of Irish, US, and European based clients.

He has extensive site-based Project Management experience having performed multiple site-based client roles.

Sean is the Engineering Manager and HVAC Consultant SME for the Dublin operation. He is a chartered engineer with over 29 years of experience in the design, management, and construction of HVAC/Mechanical installations, primarily for the biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical industries. Sean is a highly experienced design engineer with extensive experience as a lead in the design for HVAC and plant utilities for large facilities. Sean was the HVAC design lead on four large new fill-finish facility design projects in Ireland, mainland Europe, and Singapore as well as engaging in multiple concept studies. He is an SME for HVAC and black utility design projects and provides expert short assignment technical consulting to DPS clients.
