CPD Accredited Employer Standard
DPS Engineering has been awarded the CPD (Continuing Professional Development) Accredited Employer Standard by Engineers Ireland. Our CPD systems play a vital part in how we attract, retain and develop people in all areas of our business. CPD enables us to continuously improve our processes to achieve our business objectives and prepare ourselves for future challenges.
At the parchment presentation on Tuesday 2nd February, Caroline Spillane, Director General of Engineers Ireland congratulated DPS on achieving the accredited standard and said, “DPS Engineering has experienced impressive growth in recent years and its continued expansion is dependent on a highly skilled, creative and agile workforce.
